Meet the CEO
I, Johnny Simmons, Founder and CEO of Believe- The Process Inc. first envisioned the organization in 2018 and brought it to life in 2024 after years of perseverance. With over 7 years of coaching experience and a background in music, and heavy machinery. BTP was created to give youth the mentorship, skills, and opportunities I didn’t have growing up. My mission is to help student athletes discover their purpose, develop their talents, and build a better future through sports, career training, and personal growth. With the help of a strong team and support system anything is possible. You just have to believe the process.
